Pearls Expression offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange it or tender a full refund, provided that it is returned in the original purchase condition.

RMA Number

Please note that PearlsExpression will not return or exchange any item without a RMA number. In addition, PearlsExpression will not accept or allow any returns or exchanges after the 30 days. To request a RMA number please contact us.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us so that we could commence an investigation.

To return or exchange an item, you must first contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain a RMA number. Once you have a RMA number, please send the returns or exchanges (freight paid - we will not accept COD packages) to the following address:

Please include the original invoice with the items being exchanged or returned. PearlsExpression is not liable for any damage that may occur to the items being returned during shipping. We strongly recommend that you send your exchange or return insured and in the original packaging. Most returns or exchanges are processed within two weeks of our receipt of any returned items. All refunds will be credited to the card used to purchase the items.
